Training status syncing between devices

I usually switch between Instinct 2X and Fenix 7X Pro for my training (Instinct 2X for swim and Fenix 7X Pro for run/bike). How have i to set primary training device? Traing status changes if I set one or other device:

Instinct 2X:

Fenix 7X Pro:

Why it doesn't sync between two watches?

You need to set your primary training device. This device is responsible to calculate all your fitness data.

If you set your Fenix:

Swim on Instinct -> Sync to Garmin Server -> Sync to Fenix -> Calculation of your metrics on the Fenix -> Sync to Garmin Server -> Sync to Instinct.

I've set Fenix as my Primary device but it doesn't seems to take swimming into account when calculating training load, also Training Status on Instinct doesn't sync with Fenix and Garmin Connect till the day after
