Multiple locations in the weather app on device

Hi All,

beta 14.23 adds the following feature: "Added ability to set multiple locations in the weather app on device."

Does it mean that directly on device I can search for my GPS location, add it, sync it with WiFi and all weather data will be downloaded for this location and data will be used for Heat Acclimation and I don't need to use mobile phone and Bluetooth sync anymore?

If yes, it is perfect solution finally without GCM.

Or I'm wrong?

No, you still need It to link to GCM I’m afraid

Hi All,

yesterday I got official 14.31 firmware and tested weather widget. Now we are able to set location via GPS on the watch directly without the phone. But can somebody explain me why after watch has my location, necessary data for Heat Acclimation can't be downloaded via WiFi sync? It is so obvious. We still need Bluetooth connection (without GPS turned on on the phone) but still. I can't understand it. Of course for more weather data not necessary for Heat Acclimation can be downloaded via Bluetooth, but the basic for Heat Acclimation should be able to sync via WiFi without any phone connection.

I got latest software on my 7x SS, ok i have multiple locations, but i want to set default location to another one, and not current location. How to do that?
