If I have sleep schedule set in garmin from 10 p.m to 5 a.m, but sometimes i sleep longer like to 8 a.m, what should i do to make fenix 7 count this additional 3 hours to sleep data?
If alarm rings at 5 a.m., I should change sleep schedule in settings and go to sleep again?
This has no sense, whay garmin devs can not detect it automatically by heart rate for example or hand movements and make software to automatically add some time to sleep?
It is possible for example in samsung galaxy 5
Sleep tracking with the Galaxy Watch 5 can be performed in a few ways. The easiest, most basic method is to simply wear the watch to bed. The Galaxy Watch 5 will automatically detect when you begin to nod off, recording your sleep cycles without additional input (unlike previous Samsung smartwatches).
So does it mean samsung devs are much smarter and intelligent than garmin devs?
