I am sorry there is an issue. Since your watch detects other sensors, it suggests your watch is working with your ANT+ or Bluetooth connection options. The best starting point will be to change the batteries…
It was already done changing the batteries of my cardio belt and resetting the watch twice
I am sorry resetting your watch and changing batteries have not resolved your issue. Definitely consider replacing your HRM or if possible, test with any other HRM briefly to better confirm if the issue…
I tried everything
What exactly is "everything"? Did you check that the Battery Saver is not active on the watch? Did you try changing the batteries in the straps? Did you try wetting the strap electrodes or using a gel for electrodes? Did you try soft-resetting the watch? Did you try the master reset of the watch? Did you try it with an alternative strap (of a friend, in the gym, or in a store)? Did you try contacting the Support?
Yes tried everything and I just connected with an old polar h7 belt, and miracle it works, so it's the watch since the update that can't connect to the garmin belt.
Does the watch find any other sensors?
Yes no problem with other garmin sensors

You can also try a soft reset on your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go.

It is highly unlikely your watch since your other sensors still connect fine.
The 2 garmin hrm belts not detected and that of the polar h7 detected since the last update.
Your watch issue is incredibly odd. I have not personally had any watch owner report your same exact issue. It sounds like your software has gone sideways if only a Garmin HRM issue. Please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to request a warranty exchange.
