Thick battery logo lines on 13.22?

Has anyone else noticed the slightly annoying change on 13.22 where the battery logo of percentage battery remaining now has very thick lines surrounding it? It looks like it has gone from 2 pixels to ~4 pixels?

I'm hoping this is a bug and not a deliberate design choice as it now looks pretty chunky.
