Fenix 7 13.22 Firmware Update & WHR Not Working

Hi,

My watch updated to 13.22 the other day, since then i have had issues with the following

1. Sleep tracking not working and showing as no or an hour or two worth of sleep.

2. WHR giving very low readings, showing as 30-40bpm when the sensor is working

3. WHR not working at all. The watch does not show any heart rate at all. Trying to start an activity to spur the WHR to work it still does not start taking any readings.

I've tried restarting the watch numerous times and also tried a factory reset to see if it was an issue with data or anything installed on the watch.

Anyone having the same issues or had similar and been able to fix them?

I tried to update to the beta firmware (14.31), and everything is ok now. I would say it's a software issue. But thanks for your information.

I had an issue with HR broadcast not working with 13.22 once. A restart didn't help during an activity for which I forgot my chest strap but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue the next day, which didin't matter much since 13.22 chews through 20% battery per day without any activities...

Having similar issue on a brand new fenix 7s sapphire solar. But I didn't had it just after the firmware update, but some hours later. After the android app update, in fact. And the compass doesn't work either, and no temperature is fetched. I've restarted the watch several times, but still, no WRH light and data.

I got in touch with Garmin CS and after a bit of troubleshooting (resets,restarts,etc) they ended up sending me a new one under warranty.

I would advise doing the same.

I am having issues with BT connection. Updated to 13.22 yesterday (8/25/23). This is super frustrating.

My watch updated last week and since then my heart rate measurement under intense workouts now barely exceeds the warmup zone, this is super frustrating and i have no idea how to fix this, can you roll back to an old version?
