Fenix 7x Pro Solar, intensity minutes?

Hello,

I own a Fenix 7x Pro Solar.

So far it has realistically counted the intensity minutes.

Recently, it counts only very very few intensity minutes.

Previously, I had the 150 minutes already full on a MTB tour.

Now I get with 4 tours just 23 minutes together!

Although according to records, the pulse has already been over 100 for 90 minutes on only one tour.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Are you getting accurate HR readings during the activity? If the band on your watch is too tight or too loose, it can create problems with the optical HR sensor and intensity calculations. You want the band to be tight enough so there is constant contact between the watch and skin, but not so tight that it restricts blood flow.

I had the same issue.
In Connect, check that: click on your watch, go to 'Health' (I don't know exactly the label in English, as I'm French) and 'intensity minutes'. I bet 'Use HR zones' is checked. In my case, that selection made moderate intensity and high intensity set to zone 3 & 4, meaning I had very few intensity minutes.
So, just uncheck the option to use the default Garmin method, as before.
For me, now that's ok.

I think you are right with your assumption.
Unfortunately I can not find this stupid setting in the Connect app?
Maybe you have a photo for me?

Not possible to post a photo here.
What I wrote is valid for my Fenix 7X Solar Sapphire. I assume the same setting exists for the 7X Pro, where I indicated. If anyone else can confirm that setting exists for the 7X Pro...

Thanks, found the setting.

But it has not been activated.

I have activated it now to see if anything has changed.

The watch is also on correctly, the pulse is displayed as always.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Check your HRmax setting.

HR max is 190bpm.

Have tried everything, in vain.

After a reset it now works again.
