Please provide Redshift mode on Fenix 7 Pro models. It's a useful feature during night especially, bedtime. Also, add option to activate Redshift mode at sleep schedule. Thanks.

As the Fenix does not have an AMOLED display it would be useless because the white LED background light will still emit into your eye.
On AMOLED its real red.

I think the real problem is that the MIP display only has 64 colors, 3 of which are shades of "pure" red. It would be difficult to automatically map everything to those colors (+black) so that it would look ok. Amoled used by Garmin has 31 shades of red (+ black).
Thanks, for the feedback.
The default 5% setting for the LED in the sleep mode setup isn't that bad for the eyes. As I see in the 64 colours' spectrum for the MIP display (see below), there are sufficient - at least 12 - shades of red that can be combined with 5%-10% LED brightness.
Of those colours, only 16, 32, and 48 are pure red, others are tinted (have either green or blue in them). I'm not sure how they would look next to each other (i.e. if they would be close enough to form a uniform "red ramp" from black to bright red).
And I'm not saying it's impossible to create a "kind of" redshift mode with MIP, just that it's more complicated and there would be compromises. (And I know a little bit of the 64 colour challenges, since I've had to modify a map style meant for an amoled display to work with MIP.)
personally have an ultra low white mode like 1% brightness would be far better. like the NVG mode on other devices. this would be great on the pro
Garmin could've just added another set of red LEDs for backlight similar to what Suunto offers on Core Alpha Stealth. But I guess it's too late!
