How can I get a new charging cable it won’t connect to charge?

You posted in the fenix7 forum. Anyway, it uses the same exact cable.

Oh so sorry. New to this. Is this normal for the cable to get loose. Btw

All Garmin cables get loose in time. You just need to slightly bend back the metal plate surrounding the connector on the cable. I use the USB connector on the other side of the cable to push a little bit from the sides
