I purchased a fenix7 sapphire 7 in February and it has only ever been used for tracking steps, runs and cycling never been dropped or damaged in anyway. However it now is unresponsive, randomly vibrates, and the buttons don't seem to work. I've done a factory reset and hard reset but nothing seems to work instead it leaves me stuck on a reset message with yes or no pressing either just puts it back to the same screen.
