Since I installed fw 13.22, I don't have anymore issue with the sunset/sunrise widget.
Time was fully wrong probably due to bad time zone in spite of good city name.

I cannot confirm that. I'm in Senegal, near Dakar. It shows Sunset 19:32 - that's correct for the local time. But for personal reasons, i set my clock to central europe time, the there's time diff of 2 hours.
It seems, the sunrise/sunset always displays the local time, not respecting my manual time offset.
In all fairness, you cannot expect the watch to recognize that you are a time traveller.
I don't agree. Every android apps for sunset sunrise, or ocean tides, will tell me the time in relationship to my current time, regardless of the real timezone I'm in. Even webpages for those calculations respects this. Bot not a 1000 Euro watch....I hope you're kidding. It has nothing to do with time traveling. The watch should respect my time and my custom timezone.

A single Time Zone can have thousands of miles of displacement (North to South) from different locations within that Time Zone. Correct Sunrise/Sunset times require access to your current location (i.e. Lat/Lon coordinates), not just Time Zone. Your watch is giving you the correct Sunrise/Sunset times based on your current location at the correct local time for that location. Sounds like you are going to have to work around your "personal reasons" to make the displayed data work for you.
I'm not kidding.

Indeed, I understand that sunset and sunrise times are dependent on geographical location and not solely determined by the time zone. Furthermore, I have correctly set my current location in my watch.
It's not about circumventing any personal restrictions; setting the time zone is a standard feature in most operating systems. However, it seems I can't specify a time zone in my watch; I can only adjust the manual time, not the manual time zone.
Generally, most apps function by calculating sunrise, sunset, and tide times in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) while considering the current or selected location. Subsequently, my personal time zone is factored in as an offset. Hence, the sunrise, sunset, and tide times displayed on my devices, like my phone or computer, are accurate. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case with my expensive 1000 € smartwatch.
I have also read that some third-party watch faces can display accurate timings. But, I prefer using the original Garmin ones.
