Why doesn’t the Fenix 7 show or update the battery life after gaining solar changing from the sun?
today I got a measurement in Lux of 380 which is 3.8% battery life but my watch stayed on 60% but after turning it off and back on again it showed 63% please can a fix be but in place
It’s annoying mine does charge from the sun but it doesn’t update the battery life shown on the watch till you turn it off and back on seen a lot of videos on you tube so hopefully @garmin are working…

I reported exactly this bug on 8th of April but Garmin seems to be too busy with selling new models than finally to fix old and annoying bugs

Just to test a little. Had the watch on the sun 3h, nothing, so I assume it is just marketing bullsh.t.
Must be the gain is so minimal, there is really nothing to show.
Today batteryguestimate app did show some gain while watch was exposed to sun. Like +0.50%.
