Cannot install apps although my fenix 7 is up to date

Hello,

Yesterday I bought a Fenix 7 and was able to update it to version 13.22(latest stable). But I still cannot install anything from Garmin IQ, saying that an update is required and to use the Garmin Express to do so. Any suggestions on that?

Have a look at System, Info. Is "Softwareversion" and "Host" the same?

If not, your Update failed and you have to contact Garmin support.

DIt you also connected your phone with a computer (with Garmin Express) ? Because you can update to 13.22 online (without using a computer).

Thanks AgentMax, Looks like the Host version is 9.33 and the Software Version is 13.22
