Saved locations

Exactly the same for me. Garmin Fenix 7x solar sapphire. VERY DANGEROUS. Imagine if this happens outdoor. It's also no possible to store locations from the watch. 

Did a complete reset of the watch. Did solve my problem. Got a reply on facebook to try it. Garmin said the only issue on this so far is from me and that no other issue was reported from other country's.  I am from South Africa

I also have lost all my locations on my fenix 7x. Can not save location on my watch also. Can not sync locations from garmin Explore app. Am from Slovakia. Guess need to do watch reset or something.

No. One moment it was there and next it was gone. I than try to sync with garmin explore to see if I could get it back. But could not. Even saving new ones on the phone I could not. I mostly do not use the explore app and is most of the time logged out of the app

Thank you Chris, I lost all the saved locations on the Fenix 7 after I synced with the Explore App.  I cannot even save new point from the Fenix 7.

So we are a lot of people with the same problem. And is a BIG problem, how can I trust now the Fenix to reach a saved waypoint if I have to bear the risk that suddenly it may disappear?

Now I ask for a solution that should be public and known, to solve this big issue even without a pc or a phone (if it happens during a trip).
