Fenix 7 13.22 update - lap alert change, any way to fix it?

Any good news?

Also, please change that high pitch sound alert...every time I hear it while wearing headphones, I got ear damage.

I did a running exercise yesterday and to my surprise it appeared everything was back to normal. While in previous runs/trailruns the exact same thing happened as described in the original post, yesterday the total distance /lap time/total time were shown on the screen after having completed each kilometer.

It's ok for regular running, the problem only appear for structured workouts, such as daily recommendations.

Did you restart your watch or change anything to get it back to normal? I wondered if I had set up everything correctly because the lap number does not increment (run and trail run). I'll try what happens with laps on Auto Position.

I am very new to the Fenix 7 and there so much to learn and discover. Awesome watch, very happy with it!

I confused run/trailrun activities without vs with structured workouts. Using these apps without structured workout I had/have no issues with laps showing. When a new kilometer is completed I'm presented among with other data with the total number of km. I use auto lap function set to 1km. As for your question about the restartvI do testart my watch after each chargin cycle which just makes me feel better.

Unfortunately this behavior (in my opinion issue) is "under review" since 3 month. This has been reported in the beta test program and we have been informed that this is not a bug but intentional move.

I keep my fingers crossed because every run when using DSW I try to find the reason why I'm informed every kilometer that my lap alert is set to 1 km. I know it perfectly well, but I don't know at all which kilometer it was, e.g. during a long run.

In the Walk activity the auto lap alerts at 1 km show as  expected; lap number on top, then primary field lap time, secondary field Total time.

To me, replacing the lap number with the lap distance, seems a mistake. Also, the preview of the auto lap alert shows an integer '1' and not '1.00' as is the case during running (when not in a structured workout or using lap by position).

The difference in presentation between Walk and Run/Trailrun is also strange. 

Today is easy run day, so I'm going to check what happens when I set auto lap to something odd like 1.23 km and also do a couple of manual laps.

My bike is in a state of disrepair. Did anyone notice the same issue with Bike activities?
