Update footsteps and heart rate only with button in home screen

Hello, Garmin owners

First of all i would like to say that this is my first topic, sorry if i did something wrong.

Yesterday (05/06/2023) I updated my fenix 7 standard edition. After the update, I noticed that on the home screen my heart rate and the number of steps did not change. When I press the "light" or "back" button, then the change occurs immediately (as the screen goes out again, it does not change). In the phone window, everything is updated on the current basis, just like in the activity window (start button).

What should I do so that the number of steps and heart rate on the start screen/home screen is constantly changing and updated

Data refresh rate on stock faces:

- Analog/ digital with second hand: every second;

- Digital without second: every minute.

can u elaborate? should i check entire menu or just stock faces?

I meant if you want the data to be updated instantly on the face, switch to the stock analog face. But this will consume more battery. If you want the data d sti to be updated less frequently (once every minute), switch to the digital face with second off.

Unfortunately, after changing the stockfaces (from digital to analog), the problem is still the same

Are you using fw v13.22? I notice in v13.22 step data no longer updates instantly as in v11.28.

The update from (05/06/2023) is to version 13.22. btw can i return to older version? i did factory reset but still on 13.22
