F7 Heart rate sensor & wrist pain

Hi! anyone else having problems with F7 heart rate sensor? I have F7 since one month ago (coming from F6X).

F6X HR sensor was much more integrated into the watch body but F7 HR sensor protrudes and somehow that causes pain in my wrist. I had the same problem many years ago with F3 HR.

Does anyone knows if F7X HR sensor is more integrated?

I can echo this. I wore my Fenix 3 sapphire for almost 7 years on my left wrist and never had an issue. I've been wearing my Fenix 7x on the same wrist, in the same manner for about 1.5 years now.

I have similar thoughts to you that the sensor protrudes too much, and I wonder if that is what is helping to cause it. It might be putting too much pressure on the area? That is the only difference between my Fenix 3 and 7, the sensors.

I'm curious about your F3 HR, since I didn't have the HR version, it was completely flat along the back of the watch. Does the F3 HR have a protruding sensor too?

If I could opt out of the sensors, I totally would. They aren't needed for me. I only care about BT.

Has your situation gotten any better? How have you tried to remedy this for your wrist?

Yes, the HR sensor of the F3 HR also protuded:

And yes, my situation got better: I sold the F7 and got a F7X... and then I sold the F7X (same problem with the HR sensor)
