Map still cannot be installed via basecamp with FW13.22

Hello guys,

I just upgraded my Fenix 7X to FW13.22. But the map cannot be installed successfully. This problem happened on FW11.28 as well. I thought this issue should be fixed on the newer firmware. But it looks not yet.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Garmin - Chris could you please take a look at this problem? I cannot install OSM topo map to my watch.

You will not be able to install the map on Mainland China. I am sorry, it is outside of our control.

I think it should be a bug. Because I installed OSM China Map successfully before SW11.28.

I am sorry, I misunderstood your issue.

- Did your watch's OSM-China map successfully load into Basecamp in 2022 prior to the Q1 2023 v11.28 update? It was the v11.28 update that caused all maps to not be able to be loaded into Basecamp. I have not received confirmation the map loading issue having been resolved.
