Back button not working after first surfing session

The watch is 3 days old. Looks like a pattern, is it really that uncommon?

Poor quality, especially with the buttons, is totally normal for Garmin. It may be that you have to exchange your watch 4 times before you get one without defects.

My watch is 10 days old and I have the same issue. I sea swam yesterday!!

Returned it a week after buying and unfortunately would encourage surfers to do the same.

Hello, I have a Fenix 7X Solar, purchased in 2023, unlike the gentlemen below, I am very happy with my Watch although it freezes after my kitesurfing sessions, or during the sessions sometimes. I have to wait a while (30 min to 1 hr to be able to press the start stop button and stop to save. I am wondering if Garmin people have a solution for that. I have checked the Garmin proposed solutions and none of it fits my issue. Thanks.
