Trying to avoid anyone else going through the same issue:
I bought a Fenix 7 from Amazon Prime (FBA). The parcel arrived sealed and the watch box inside was empty.
I got refunded straight away and they advised me to order again as it should have been an isolated issue.
Second parcel arrived in the exact same conditions. I opened it up in front of the delivery driver in case and took a picture once we both noticed it was empty.
However because it is the second time Amazon isn't refunding me and issued their usual "i don't want to bear responsibility email" saying i need to take this to the Police and get a police report etc to consider any more action on the case. As I discovered from other in the same boat, nothing happens after this and I am now down £600 with no watch.
If you are lucky enough to check forums prior to buying, do not attempt - it is really not worth the trouble.
Yes, I am a Prime customer and order (use to) a lot from Amazon. Never had any issue prior but never bought anything small and expensive. Checking forums afterwards I discovered that high value and small items are a nightmare and this internal theft is common but it is easier for Amazon to deny rather than investigate.
