Performe a soft reset. Press and hold the light button until the device shut down. After that press the light button to enable the device. The soft reset does not kill any data/settings. Perhaps it help…
I had the same issue, I did the soft reset that some people mentioned in this thread and it worked. Just hold the flashlight button and then power off, then use the same button to turn on after a moment…

No idea what's going on. However, try a hard reset by pressing and holding top until it shuts down then restart. Make sure you sync with Garmin Connect first so as not to lose any 24/7 data. If that doesn't sort it contact Garmin Support. They might suggest a reset to factory defaults before doing anything further.
I'd suggest trying a factory reset before contacting support. It'll save you and Garmin Support some time.

My last one just went “crazy”, stopped keeping correct time, buttons stopped responding and it kept randomly rebooting. Very frustrated.

Same issue after most recent update. So frustrating. I hate doing hard resets as the first step for everything.

Soft reset didn’t work for me. It still works, if it’s in power saving mode or I manually go in and turn it on.
