What is your average Body Battery and Sleep Score?

Hi,

I'm not trying to say that me or my watch broken :)

Just trying to understand what other people are getting, what is considered to be normal and what should I aim for.

  • I normally sleep 7 hours max.
  • My average sleep score is 75.
  • My body batter charges to 75-80 and at the end of the day it's 25.

Are those numbers more or less normal or not?

I noticed that no matter how good I sleep - those numbers are max. It only gets higher if I sleep 9hrs or more.
