Heart rate measurement and wrong calories and workout effects for sport activity.

I’am coming from a Fenix 6 pro and have now switched to a 7 solar.

I sometimes use also an Apple Watch to check my sport activities and at the moment I am very disappointed with the Fenix 7 results when measuring my tennis training.

Both my old Fenix 6 pro and Apple Watch were quite aligned in terms of calories burn, heart rate datas and exertion intensity.

1 hour of tennis costed me about 350/450 calories with average heart rate values between 120/130 bpm and a training effect value for the aerobic data being between 1.2/1.4 and a 0/0.4 most of the time in the anaerobic data value.

With the Fenix 7 thing have dramatically changed:

average calories are something 780 for a 1 hour session.

My average heart beats per minute have raised to values around 154/160 and training effects that have values both for anaerobic and aerobic datas always at 5!

this values are completely wrong.

please find attached one example.

can you help me how to figure out this problem?

thank you!
