TopoActive map of China ML Is Not Offered

Hi guys,

I have registered my F7X bought in China on Garmin Connect of US server.  When I connect my watch to PC and open Garmin Express, I cannot find the TopoActive map for China ML in the map list. 

But the TopoActive map of China ML should be available when I watch the video Support: fēnix® 7 Map Manager - YouTube 

Does anyone have the idea how to fix the problem? Thanks.

    No help for you, but I can confirm that China ML is available for download on my Fenix 7 purchased in the Middle East.

    We are looking into reports further.

    If your Fenix 7 series watch does not offer you China ML (mainland) through your watch Map Manager or through Garmin Express on your computer, please highlight my name and send me a Private Message. Thank you!

    Just looked at mine and only one item is available for download?F7SS buy in china.

    If you bought your Fenix 7 sapphire Solar watch in China ML, then it should already have China mainland on your watch since you own the sapphire version. The sapphire versions include the TopoActive region already installed for the region the watch was bought in.

    IE: My Fenix 7X sapphire Solar was bought in the USA so my watch came with TopoActive North America already installed on it.

    That being said my Fenix 7 purchased directly from Garmin in the UAE is pre-installed only with TopActive Europe.

    I don't use maps as a rule so I have just checked on my watch Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar . If I go to the map field in an activity, I get a very basic map which when zoomed out seems to cover the whole world. In map manager TopoActive Europe is installed. The watch was purchased from Garmin in the Middle East but neitherTopoActive Middle East and North Africa or Middle East and Central Asia is available in Map Manager..

    For each activity you have settings to activate which map you should be used.
    Go there and check what is set on your device.

    Sane, only has TopoActive Europe, no other choice.

    It gives answer why you don’t see any details.
    I also have Fenix 7X SS bought in Europe and I see China Mainland map for download.

    You have a Fenix 7 bought in Europe and you are in Europe? Do you see evidence of TopoActive Europe installed on your watch? Do you also see Middle East & Africa or Middle East & Central Asia available for download?

    The OP has a watch purchased in China but has no option for China ML on his watch.

    I have a Fenix 7 purchased in the UAE with TopoActive Europe installed no evidence of any Middle East maps installed and they also do not appear in the regions available for down load, All other regions including China ML are available to me for download, just not the region in which I am located and purchased the watch.

    I have have a feeling that due to governmental sensitivity these watches may be geolocked by SKU or by current location in the same way that UAE purchased iPhones do not have FaceTime.
