I have had this watch for almost a year. I have had a few issues with it, however, nothing I could not trouble shoot. However, of late I have noted the following:
1. Skin burns : these started as blisters on one arm. I cleaned and dried the watch, changed arms, however, now I have two arms with similar issues where the watch is worn (start of as blisters, and scaring after sometime of not wearing on that arm). I have tried to get in touch with Garmin New Zealand, to no avail. I have been waiting on the phone for more than 40 minutes each time. I do not get to talk to anyone. I have sent emails, and have not received any response. Is this the new customer service for Garmin???
2. Frequent freezing of the screen, device not responding. Turning it off and on again seems to help, but is happening quite frequent.
I have had other Garmin devices, and have not had any of the above mentioned issues.
Any help is appreciated seeing that I cannot get through to Garmin.
