budget wise why not go for a Fenix 6X

This is a great idea.

If really budget minded, keep an eye out for deep discounts on the original Instinct.  Just last week, Garmin was offering the non-solar for $180USD.  

I think Instanct don’t have maps build in.

Correct.  Still has navigation features including preplanned courses, just not full blown maps.  

this recommendation is sound. i'd also suggest for durability, to add a glass screen protector that can be replaced once it get scratched up or cracked due to hard use. that's that path i would go with to get the less expensive and clearer screen of the non sapphire model suggested.

So these are the choices : Fenix 7x is 660euros on sale here, 7 solar is 600, and normal 7 is 520. I have think ill go for a 7x.

Would like to pick enduro 2 but it is t on sale and is 1k euro. 

If you have Fenix 3, call Garmin and ask for Trade In Trade Out program.
You should be aligable to buy new model with good discount.
In my opinion Fenix 7X will be best option, I had in the past Fenix 3, later Fenix 6X and now Fenix 7X, all in sapphire version and for me it is obvious choice.
