Hello Garmin,
your friendly developer here which bought this beautiful beast couple a couple of days ago and I'm really impressed by this beast of a smar-tsport-watch!
BUT I have to report a couple of bugs affecting the latest version (11.28, downloaded the same day):
1. Sleep mode: I'm a night person...means that I plan to go to bed at 00:30 (to which I've set the bed time) but I rarely am precise since I tend to study and work late...like yesterday. So, once the sleep mode kicked in I deactivated it with the hot key (up+start) but it kept reactivating itself while I was at the desk....we battled for at least one hour before I lost (my patient) and I let it on.
2. Sleep mode: Took a long nap yesterday afternoon (1 hour) but Fenix 7 wasn't able to record it (really?!)
3. Watch Faces: Not properly a bug maybe, but I am not able to delete downloaded watchfaces as the menu does not provide the delete voice during editing (I know I can delete them from IQ)
4. Torch Mode: Red Light is strangely too bright and can't be dimmed (not sure it is a bug thou)
5. Notifications: There is no way I can't have alarm notifications on my watch. Alarms pops on phone and I can't switch off or posticipate from watch? How?!
6. Notifications (on phone): Android, Instant keyboard shows up and never goes away forcing me to reboot the phone.
Nice to have:
1. Hot Keys: I would really be glad if u also add the double tap feature to the single keys!
2 Timers: Negative count if a timer is exceeded to know for how long it has been exceeded e.g. Timer set for 30 seconds, it goes of and keeps counting seconds with a minus in front of it showing for how long it has ran before gets stopped
3. Timers: a way to manage timers from the Connect Android App
4. Time: Alerts: Hourly alert is kinds small and invasive...an option to just vibrate at every hour is very welcome!
Besides these couple of annoying things good job for this beast of a Smart-Sport-Watch!
