Tactix 7: Sunrise/Sunset Widget number 36 after sunset

The bottom right number changes to a “36” without a degree symbol after the sunset and stays that way until the next sunrise. What does that number mean? During daytime the changing degree number is self explanatory and there is a visible degree symbol.

  • Ahhh… Thank you! Much Appreciated Sir…

  • Just my bet:

36 is infact 360, which is the result of an evident bug. I mean during the night the value should be negative, but Garmin decided not to show negative numbers,  they just wanted to use the simple 0 degree. Instead of 0, somehow they calculate 360 degree as an error.

But since the value should be between -90 and +90 (and it is trimmef to  between 0 to 90) them there is a place for two decimals.

It is how I deducted the existence of a mysterious 36, which is not mysterious at all.

On the other hand this year, 2025 is a bit mysterious, or at least special, because for many of us it will be the only year during our life when one can say that the year part of the actual date has an integer square root.

For my dad it's the second year in his life … Grinning
