Set timer to hotkey directly and not the settings first

Hi,

my wife moved from a Vivoactive 4 to a Fenix 7.

On the Vivoactive she was able to set the timer to a hotkey and can start it there directly.

This is working different on the Fenix, there she can set the timer to the hotkey, but it goes to the time settings only where she needs to confirm all the time before it can be started.

Is there a way to change it that the hotkey opens the timer where it can be started immediately?

The way I set up was System > hotkeys > for back button assigned stopwatch. When the back button is pushed for long time ️ appears on the screen.

many thanks for your response, but that's not what i was asking for.
I know how to set a timer or stopwatch to a hotkey.

But if using the timer, i am expecting that the timer can be started immediately and not open the screen for setting the time first, this requires three additional button pressings.

That's how it is working on her previous VA4. If she wanted to change the time, she needed to go through the settings. But the hotkey always started the timer directly with the predefined time.
