Fenix 7s solar restarting during workout!

I have Fenix 7s sapphire solar.

Software version: 11.28.

Today during my workout Fenix 7s restarted again.

Problem persists in the new version of software too

Hi Chris,

- It happened on 34:25min.

- It happened randomly to me. Today I ran in the exact location and today it didn’t happen (difference was that I didn’t run with a workout set).

I had the same a vew days back. Turned white but after a while the display showed up again. Nothing was lost luckily. Same software version

hi, I contacted Garmin - Chris back in September 2022 with the problem that the watch restarts in the same place. I complained about the watch twice, then I switched to enduro 2. I didn't notice the restart…

Hi, unfortunatelly my fenix 7 is also restarting randomly during activity. Software 11.28. Typically crashes and reboots after 15 - 50 minutes of activity. After self - restart it comes back to screen where I can resume interrupted activity. I did factory reset, reinstalled maps, removed all non-garmin apps and nothing changed. Garmin support, please help me with this issue, this is my second fenix 7 watch (first one had serious barometer issue and I received this new one two weeks ago and again troubles....).

I keep getting this restart issue!

Today it restarted once. On wednesday it restarted twice. It is a software issue obviously!
This is my third garmin watch so far, I’m really surprised and disappointed with this version :(
