Fenix 7 v11.28: incorrect time, synchronization with phone/PC does not help

Immediately after updating my Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar System Software to v11.28, I noticed that the displayed time is out of sync even though it was correct just before the update from v11.25. Automatic time synchronization is enabled in Settings.

Trying to update the time on the watch using the Garmin Connect app or the Garmin Express app does not help. Neither does restarting the watch.

No matter the watch face (built-in or Connect IQ), the time is consistently 12 seconds late, i.e., the minutes on the watch face are always updated exactly 12 seconds after the time changes on my phone or computer (these two devices show the same time).

Is anyone else experiencing this? Can I expect the issue to be solved in the next SW update?
