Now it gets stuck on the "reset" screen. The "back" button no longer works!

Send it back for replacement if it is still under warranty.
Wearables are basically e-waste if you physically damage them (e.g. cracked display) or if they become defective outside the warranty period...
It's been out of warranty for 1 month.
