Garmin: great fitness device but poor health device?

Agree. Too little live biofeedback from Garmin's device.

That makes no sense, the Fenix range is a higher echelon device and doesn't have a basic health feature that other watches has. Why let it have the stress feature in the first place then if it is of no use from a health perspective? I could die from a stroke due to continued high stress levels that the watch is actually measuring but the doesn't inform me of my high stress levels so i can actually do something about it, and maybe prevent myself from having a stroke or suchlike...

Shocker, I know, but do consider that  OHR devices are generally hit'n'miss. To avoid any disappointment just think that you own an overglorified GPS pedometer with HR estimation, ify barometer and unreliable compass... :) 

Really hope Garmin get this basic functionality to the Fenix range, again today, 4hrs of stress above 90 and no notification just to let me know, what good is the measuring of the stress without letting me know when it's so high for a protracted period...

Would really appreciate better health notifications and functionality, this obsession with more and more obscure sports to add to the 'gazillion' already there is frustrating...

That's not true, I get these notifications on my FR955, too.

Well, then they haven't made it to Outdoor yet.
