Fenix 7x Saphire Solar - Sometimes do not charge

My watch behaives very strange in the last couple of weeks. Once (2-3 Weeks ago) i wanted to charge it didnt chard anymore, i thought its the cable and bought a new one. (Of course i tried other Charge too and also on different places). It also didnt charged with the new cable and my pc does not recognize the clock in this status either.

I started to research and tried to reset it. (Settings/System/Reset/Reset Default Settings). It didnt helped and i already started to apply for a repair. Then i tried (Settings/System/Reset/Delete Data and Reset Setting) and surprisingly it charged again. Sadly the same bahivor occurs again and again.

it's super annoying and before I send it back (and then it works again during the repair review process) I wanted to ask for a tip/help.

PS: i just tried to reset (Settings/System/Reset/Delete Data and Reset Setting) it again and this time is it not working

- Clear the rear contacts on the back of your watch using Isopropyl alcoohol.

I am sorry there is an issue.

Please try the following:

- Clear the rear contacts on the back of your watch using Isopropyl alcoohol.

- Try charging your watch again. If your watch does charge, give 15-20 seconds to see if your watch responds. If no response, proceed to the next step.

- Hold down the top left button for 30 seconds while charging it.

If still inconsistent or not charging, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

I have performed all the steps multiple times I have also looked through product support. Nothing has work my watch still will not charge. I've try to charge it wirelessly as well. Still no luck. I have 20 hours left before it's completely dead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have been able to rule out the charging/data cable, then your watch will need to be replaced since the issue is most likely going to be hardware based. I am sending you a Private Message to work with you further.

When you are signed-in to the forums, check the top right corner to the right of the Notifications lightning bolt icon.

My watch continues to have carging problems. I've tried several different charging cables. Please reach out to me. I like the watch so much when it works.

I have the fenix 7s solar and it’s randomly stopped charging. I have done all the steps multiple times and no response. How can I fix this issue
