Stress score different on watch vs. Garmin connect

Hi Fenix users,
The watch is Fenix 7X Sapphire Solar.
I am focusing on my stress score recently and I occasionally check it on my watch. I have found out that the score and the stress level /time allocation is different than what is in Garmin Connect. Even after manual sync the score and time of each stress are different.

In the example the rest time is mismatched on watch and GC, as well as the other level times. The watch and GC are synced manually.

Sometimes even the overall score is different in the end of the day.

Anyone with the same issue?

I never compared stress scores watch vs GC before, but did today and they are different - similar to your example...

Happens to me somtimes. Just couple of minutes diff not by that much

Could it be that the data is further processed on the server side after being synced in GC?

Btw, how to report a bug to Garmin devs?

What I do is I document the bug or issue with photo(s) or video(s), create a post with the information in these or the beta forum, and I contact Garmin Support by chat, saying I would like to report a bug, pointing at the post. Sometimes, the chat person indicates there is indeed a case or an escalated case about the topic, and your information can be added to the open case. So at least you might get some feedback at that time. A less involving process consists in sending Garmin support an email saying you want to report the bug and include the link.

Contacting support can lead to further communications and information exchange, maybe some resolution or workaround, but if the bug is filed, don't expect communications about what happens afterwards.

Same is issue here with hill score and VO Max
