No HR data after midnight

Hey

just discovered something bizarre with 11.25 Tactix7

no HR data recorded after midnight and until 6AM, no morning report like if the watch was entering into a power mode.

i have double checked, no power mode enabled, HR is enabled, did a SW restart (10s with upper left button)

Sleep time start at 23h until 6h50 so not linked to this window neither…

any suggestion?

Maybe your heart goes into power saving mode for a couple of hours

Anyway, are you sure sleep mode is not enabled during those hours? If it is, it could be hrm set to off.

can't recall for heart rate, but for sure body battery was absent in the same period, so it is not a synch issue.

The only difference with original Post is that, last night, I kept GCM loaded on my phone, and usually there is a synch of altitude at 3AM... still does not explain this absence of data...

I used to get this all the time on my Fenix 6. Started getting it recently on my 7 just like you, and I'm concerned that its making a reappearance.

update:

situation back to normal for the last 2 nights; two things happened in parallel:

- upgrade to 11.28

- went into System-> Sleep Mode and activated a fake Batery Saver which keeps everything on, and resaved sleep Schedule for each day
