Hello.
Is Fenix 7s (42 mm) too small for my 6,5 inch (~16,5 cm) wrist and should I upgrade to regular fenix 7 (47 mm) ?
Hello.

Taking into consideration your Fenix 7S is end-to-end on your wrist, the Fenix 7 may not fit as well.
If you can, try it out in the shop. F7S thickness is (about) the same as regular F7 which makes it look bulky. It's nice to have bigger screen and bigger battery.
I have a bigger wrist and still prefer the size and weight of 7s
It's simply more comfortable:)
I actually take the watch off during sleep but still prefer smaller size and weight during activities and in everyday use :)
Im still getting used to sleeping with it. However It would be shame for me not to take full advantage of sleep tracking. And I can say it works fine for me. As for weight and size, at first I thought regular 7 would look cool but what you say about everyday use is also true for me. I love the comfort. Its not completely absent, I do feel its presence but if regular 7 would make everyday use less comfortable for a few style points more then I guess its not worth going for regular 7. I dont see the problem with maps on small screen. As for charging - I used to charge Vivoactive 4 like everyday. With Fenix 7S I can skip a day or two as I dont like battery going to low, but still with intense use battery does not go that much down as with Vivoactive 4. Since my Vivoactive 4 is broken I used it for drop tests (but its not broken because of drop test, it was stuck on on/off loop) and it survived bigger fall than Fenix 7S so I guess if Vivoactive 4 is that durable then Fenix 7S should be much better.
I have the fenix 7xSS and 15.5cm wrist, I said screw it and went for it. I put a nylon band on it, I have no issues with the weight or how big it is to be honest
Can you share a photo how it looks on you?
Only problem I have is just with sleeves, but other than that I haven’t ran into anything
I'm using nylon band as well. Much better than original and a bit stretchable which helps to fit better.
WOW... I cant believe that with smaller wrist than mine it does not look like a satelite dish. Looks good on you. Well at least from my point of view. I dont think I could get away with this like you because Im 163 cm tall... How tall are you? I took a picture of similar to your pose as I have not included such in first post, but im sitting not standing but I hope it does not make ane difference:
Are there 20mm nylon bands for Fenix 7S to make it even better fit?
I don't know, I have regular 22mm F7 and nylon band below. Try to find the same for 20mm
I checked Garmin site and they only make 26mm UltraFit, but I found and ordered 20mm nylon band for Fenix 7s on polish auction site (similar to amazon) and somebody who commented wrote "its a good Garmin knockoff", I will check that out as soon it arrives. Dirt cheap. BTW, are those non-garmin nylon bands that are with velcros any good? They dont detach by themselves?
