What is primary training vs primary wearable?

In 11.25 we see changes to what used to be primary tracker, is now primary wearable and primary training device. Exactly how is that meant to be used?

I certainly don't have a primary training device I have two training devices and edge device for mt biking and a watch for other activities.

How are we supposed to use this new primary training addition?

Some guidance world be really appreciate Garmin...

Personally I don't see this solving the physio true-up issues.
