Sensor Hub 0.00 after Updating to v11.25

Had just updated the watch to v11.25.. the heart rate sensor is not working anymore.. had not change any setting... and had tried reset via "light" button, a factory default reset and a data and reset setting as well, did not solve the issue.

I have just bought this watch a week ago, and after this update v11.25 it broke the watch.

Any tips would be helpful...

Update: looking further into my watch, apparently everything that makes me bought this watch in the first place is not working i.e. Foot Steps, temperature, barometer, calories, compass...

Things that are working Notification, Weather, Time display.

I am sorry but at this current state, this watch no long holds any value to me, very bad for a first Garmin User experiences... back to using my classic automatic watch... till Garmin fixes it....

Any Garmin Users who experienced the same... pls add on the reply below, to get this issue sorted out / fix quickly.. Thank you.

I also experienced the same thing (Fenix 7X), all sensor don't work. Can't do anything with the watch...hufff

Did you try contact your local Garmin super instead of complaining here??
I understand your frustration but complaining on it in Internet will not make your problem disappear.
Contact your local Garmin support, they know how to help you.

I am from Malaysia not the US, I have already contacted Malaysia's Garmin Support, and they told me to bring the watch to the Service Centre. but the problem here is the software not the hardware... why bring a perfectly working watch to the Service Centre when most of the ppl here experienced the same issue after the update? And since this is a software issue I will wait for Garmin to issue another version update or Garmin staff here to respond if I needed to go the Service Centre.

And this is not a complaint, this post is to highlight that there is an issue with this Version 11.25 update.

Please dont bring negativity here, you either help or you do not, I should be the one furious here.. you could just stop at "Did you try contact your local Garmin Support" full stop.

Same here most of my Fenix 7 solar sensors not working after the update. Hope they do something soon....

The v11.28 software update has resolved the issue.
