Stuck on screen

My Fenixt Solor Sapphire is stuck on a screen that says Pan Charts, Broadcast HR and Setting. None of the buttons are working but I can only scroll up and down via touch screen.

Could you try holding the light button until the watch turns itself off?

I have tried holding all buttons. None of the are responding

You should probably contact Garmin support.

I just had the same thing happen except mine was reminding me what a slow swimmer I am. I had to push and hold the light button for quite a few seconds to get the watch to shut off. Waited another 10-15 seconds before rebooting and now everything seems fine.
