Does navigation to a saved location still work on the fenix7 line?

I didn't test this yet as I usually don't navigate (Fenix 7X Solar Titanium here). If you tell me what to test exactly, I can test it...

Are you in Europe ? And if so, which version of TopoActive map do you have installed?

I am based in Germany. I just bought the Fenix 7X like two weeks ago, so the preinstalled maps should be completely up to date, I guess I can check that on the watch.

Thanks for the response, if you have any location already saved it's done like this:

Open activity (run for example) -> Open Menu -> Navigation -> Saved Location -> select the location -> Go To...

It will then give the error (as soon as you have a gps fix, before that it will say 'calculating')

If you don't have a saved location already you can save one by:

Open activity (run for example) -> Open Menu -> Navigation -> Use Map -> Pan the map to a certain point -> Long press start to select it -> Choose from the possible listed locations if any -> Save Location

Then you can select the saved location in the first steps mentioned above :)

Yeah, Netherlands here in one of the big cities... Most recennt version of topactive maps (afaik, garmin express doesn't show anything newer). TopoActive Europ 2021.20.

No custom maps installed...

Also, choosing other options (navigate to point on map, usefull location around, or let it create a route) all work ok. It's purely the saved locations giving issues...

I had asked because Garmin had a TopoActive Europe 2022.10 for a few hours online as an update in Express a few days ago. But this was withdrawn again because there were obviously errors.

Hmmm, 2021 maps aren't pretty recent at all actually... Will doublechecl, thanks for the tip! (Still, navigation works fine on other parts so doubt it's in the maps). 

Same issue for me on FR955. Are you using default factory maps (provided with the watch) or did you install manually other maps?

Standard Garmin maps. Even completely reinstalled, etc (after contacting support and getting the standard support replies) but same issue of course. Also have the newest maps now, was updated yesterday or so, but same.
