Feature Request: Georgian language support

I'm from the country of Georgia.

Currently my Fenix 7 (Saphire Solar) does not support Georgian Language.

Notifications are displayed with rhomboids with question marks.

I'm not able to read notifications from my bank or emails in Georgian.

I wrote to support. Support has suggested me to write same request on some ideas/request form. But no changes since that.

I think back in November when I got my watch you've released update with added support of Armenian language and we are neighbors.

There is huge community of active people that are using various Garmin devices and lack support of Georgian language too.

I believe it is not that hard to add Georgian language support.

Hey Garmin, crowdsource the issue. If you make the font available to the public, I am sure some font enthusiasts in Georgia will be happy to contribute Georgian characters to it. Or is it open sourced already? If yes, please publish the link to the font!

I think garmin does not care what we write here. I search for "armenian support" here and i did not find the same number of topics with the request to add armenian support. So i guess this works different...

I'm sure they care, but it's probably many hours of work to add a new language that only a handful of customers might benefit from. I won't drive significant sales or fix any serious bugs. There's likely a task to add support in some backlog, but it's burried below more urgent features for the Fenix 8 that need developing first.

feature request was sent but probably got lost/ignored

I'm tech-savy (into IT and Development), but I was not able to understand how to Languge packs are provided. I don't have experience with embedded systems, and what procedures should be applied. If I could find some guide maybe I could be more helpful myself and suggest something.

Not able to read messages in georgian really sucks, and in the end is just annoying. in 2024 this should not be a problem, since all modern systems support all well known languages. (I believe Garmin is using some kind of UNIX based OS)
