after 8 days and 5 runs i still get no training status.
my older fenix and enduro got it faster than 7 days. i get training load. Vo2 max. Recovery.
i use ext hrm no brand.can that be the problem?

Are you getting an HRV status?
Is VO2 max calculated every time/day you run (check there is a dot for the run day on the watch, under training status > VO2 Max
Hrv status first efter 3 weeks. Watch says 2 weeks left. Yes vo2 max every run
You mentioned older devices, are they still connected to your account or did you remove them?
Enduro was put away in garmin connect but i could still see it i garmin connect web but it was gray (dont know why i put it away instead of remove like i always do)..on gcm i could see enduro in training status page.
couple of days ago i removed Enduro in garmin connect web, now i cant see it in gcm training status page.
one thing is weird.. on web vo2max is from 2 jan but i got the watch 7 jan. did not use any garmin watch for months. and i only see two vo2max dots but on phone i can se all 4 vo2max dots.
but when i go ti training status on web i can se all 4 vo2max dots.
Ran without hrm band and got training status. Q is now if it was the no brand hrm or just needed more runs?
Well, we know that the VO2 Max model uses HR, HRV and GPS/movement data. So, for a second, I thought maybe the strap doesn't support sending R-R information to the watch... But you are seeing a VO2 Max being calculated, so I doubt the band is the culprit.
I would guess you were just short of time elapsed because you removed your previous watch recently.
yes it could be so, next run i will have hrm strap and see if training status updates
Just did a 30 min run with hrm strap. vo2max updated but training status did not get uppdated
Could you post an updated screenshot of the daily VO2 Max graph and the 4wk training status?
The 1/16 date will continue being there until there is a change in the training status.
What is important is that the VO2 Max is calculated at least once or twice a week.
