Why has your surf app not been updated, redone or complete changed?

It’s been years of complaints and still nothing seems to have been done. Garmin offers a surf based watch now and from reading forums it has nothing but bad reviews. It’s terrible at tracking and nobody is doing anything about it(so it seems, please prove us wrong). I currently use an outside data logger called Surf Tracker 2 and for a surf tracking app it’s great! It works, it tells you how many waves and which direction. But as soon as you save that data to the Garmin surf activity….. you lose half your surf data, you go from 10 to 6 waves surfed……. Why is it so bad. I can go into the data on my computer and garmins data is there (and missing half) and then scroll down to surf trackers data and it tells you you’ve surfed 10 (3 rights, 7 lefts) but for some reason that Info can’t be transferred correctly.

Needless to say, something needs to be done here, can’t be that difficult of a problem to sort out. At this point I’m a little disappointed with my purchase of garmin over applewatch. Hope Somebody is listening to us.
