- Press and hold down your top left button when your watch is not plugged into a charger. Normal behavior is your watch powering on by pressing your top left button for 1-2 seconds. When there is any abnormal behavior, try holding the button for at least 30 seconds. If there was no luck with it powering on, let go of the button and try a few more times to be certain it will not respond.
Hopefully, your watch will power on. If not, my sincere apologies for the failure of your new watch. Please do not hesitate to return it to the retail/online store where you purchased it.
