Glances reset after updating watch

Hey.

Why does my watch (glances and apps) resets every time I connect it to Garmin Connect on my computer so I can update and charge it?

Very annoying to have the glances disappear and/or change place every time I connect it to Garmin Connect on my MacBook. Have to start all over from creating folders and choose which glances I want.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Contact Garmin Support. It has been reported so make sure you add your voice.

Yes I have same problem. It happened me every time I connect to Garmin Connect. It is really frustrating.

I have had something similar happen on Windows as well. Mine usually rearranges the glances and apps on my watch. I have to go in and reorder everything, which is annoying. I have tried putting everything in order within Garmin Express rather than through the watch and I still notice the problem happening.
