Hi all,
My acute load is not being updated with the load of Zwift rides.
I'm using a F7SS (software version 10.44) and am indoor trainer (direct drive with power meter). Zwift and Garmin are connected. I record the ride on Zwift and don't wear the F7. Upload of the ride to Garmin is fine, and after a bit of syncing back and forth, the load of the ride is calculated (255). I see the ride on my watch, but only basic stats can be seen there. The load is visible in Connect App under "Performance Stats > Training Status > Load > Exercise Load". I see the ride there, with the load, but it is not shown in the 'Acute Load' (not in the value, not in the graph). On the 'Exercise Load' graph (last 7 days) on the watch, the Zwift ride load is not included, but on the Garmin Connect web browser it is:
'Recovery time' is updated on the watch as well. So most things work, except Acute Load in general, and Exercise load on the watch. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I had a look on the forum already, couldn't find it. This https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/outdoor-recreation/f/fenix-7-series/315226/10-43-zwift-not-synching---issue thread provides a link that might be helpful, but it's a broken link.
Update 29/12/2022
The Zwift ride I reported as not included was my first Zwift ride since switching over to Garmin products. I read that Zwift is only included when there is a 'seed ride' available from real world outside ride, but I didn't bother about that since I had plenty outside rides. All of them however without power meter.
My Zwift rides after this first Zwift ride were all correctly included in acute load (after some syncing back and forth). Maybe the 'seed ride' needed to be 'any ride with powermeter', and therefore my initial zwift ride was the seed ride. This is a 100% guess from my side, but at least it works now:)
Kind regards,
Ruud
