Hi all - for those that don't know, the Enduro fabric strap can fit the Fenix 7 without damaging either the strap or the watch. The "tags" on the strap can be pulled through at an angle with pliers. The Enduro has wider lugs that the Fenix 7, hence the need you use the pliers as the tag is wider than the lugs on the fenix. Other than it being compressed a little where it passes through the lugs, I can't see any issues.
I wish Garmin did make this strap for the Fenix 7 but the hack works.
My view of the strap? It's awesome. Significantly better than Garmin's silicon straps. I was getting some skin irritation with the OEM Fenix 7 straps but I have no issues with the fabric strap. The size can be adjusted to the perfect fit, and it gives slightly to adjust for slight variations in the thickness of my wrist over the day.
As I said, I wish Garmin made a strap for the Fenix 7, but I'm happy with the hack. I wish they also added other colours too.
