Route list in activities

When I select an activity for example walking and I hit menu and routes, I get a list of the routes I have made. There’s the name of the route and below that is the time estimate and something else with a unit nm (for example 0,99 nm). What does that mean?

My language on the watch is Finnish and I thought it would show the time estimate and the length of the route in kilometres but I don’t know what that nm stands for. Because the example value 0,99 isn’t also the correct length. All that I could think of is nautical miles but why would it tell me that. Also nautical mile is of course different in Finnish language.
