Hi all,
I just purchased the Fenix 7X three days ago. During my first test with it (walk) I would hold the back button to unlock the device. Sometimes (maybe if I pressed it again by accident quickly) it would go to the lock screen and freeze there. Nothing takes it out of this screen, not holding or pressing any of the buttons. This happened again during a workout and a run yesterday. I may be clicking a button too quickly after it is unlocked, but regardless it shouldn't freeze on this screen. The words are even a bit blurry (as seen in the screenshot) and the "off" also looks like "on", so I think it is getting frozen between unlocking and locking.

I have had a Fenix 5 plus for 4 years and never had this issue. Is this hardware or software? Return or wait? Thoughts?
